Sports Group for Women and Mothers

Join us for energising and fun exercise at our Sports Group for Women and Mothers together with MonaLiiku! We’ll meet for a one-hour sports activity followed by a one hour discussion on health issues affecting us all. The group is free for all participants.
The sports activities are tailored to the group, and led by an experienced instructor from Monaliiku. The goal is to get started with physical activity, and to make sure that all movement is done in an optimal way, providing all the health benefits of physical activity.
The themes of the discussions during the meetings are:
- Nutrition
- Benefits of physical activity
- Mental well-being
- Regular health checks
We’ll offer a light, healthy snack during the discussion part of the group meetings. We have a shower room available at our location.
We meet on Tuesdays in June at 10-12, at our space at Itis!

- June 11, 10-12 (after the sports, we’ll join the Well-being Day at Stoa for health measurements)
- June 18, 10-12
- June 25, 10-12
