Book an Appointment below

Book a health check and guidance appointment using the booking system. You can come to our office at Kauppakeskus Itis,  Office building E, 4th floor, Itäkatu 1-7, Helsinki, or use the GoogleMeet link sent to you. Appointments are available mainly on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. As we work both at the office and from home, please make sure to ring us before coming if you don’t have an appointment.

During an appointment we can take several measurement, including haemoglobin, total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, and  body composition. For the cholesterol measurement, please book an early appointment, and arrive without having had anything to eat or drink for the past 10-14 hours. For the body composition test, please be aware that you will need to remove shoes and socks.
